Royal Blood released Dead Company on November 6. The fifth studio album from Mike Kerr and Ben Thatcher arrives eight days before their Oxford album launch and more than two weeks before the first date of their UK headline run.

The record runs to 10 songs and 32 minutes on Apple Music. It is the duo’s first studio album since 2023’s Back to the Water Below. The service also lists separate videos for “Ten Over Ten” and “Swallow The Bomb,” both from the new release.

Two ways to see the band in November

The November 14 booking at O2 Academy Oxford is billed as a live album launch outstore. Its matinee listing gives fans a choice between admission on its own and bundles with a copy of the record. The record ships separately; the 6 p.m. time on that listing is for the show.

That leaves a different gap between record and stage from the one in Slash and Myles Kennedy’s album and world tour announcement. Oxford is tied directly to the new release; the later Royal Blood dates are sold as headline concerts.

From Bristol to the Brighton homecoming

The headline dates listed by Ticketmaster start at Bristol’s Prospect Building on November 24 and finish at the Brighton Centre on December 4. Kerr and Thatcher formed the band in Brighton, so the last date takes them back to the city where they started.

Oxford and Brighton may both turn up in a search for the band’s next shows, but the event labels tell you what you’re booking. A concert attached to a particular record can be a distinct event, as it was when RAYE took her album to an orchestral stage. Neither Royal Blood listing gives a set list.
