La Roux’s Old Flames is out today, November 6. Universal Music Japan marked the release with a new announcement and an eleven-track digital listing, bringing the album campaign to its release date after the earlier singles and advance orders.

Collectors have several physical choices, but the track lists offer a useful starting point before choosing a format. The official digital edition and the red-vinyl bundle list the same eleven titles. A signed print or another colour of vinyl should not be mistaken for another set of recordings.

The record starts and ends with Old Flames

Universal’s digital catalogue opens with “Old Flames (Intro),” followed by “Cabin Fever” and “Lose Myself.” “Babyline” is the penultimate track, and “Old Flames” closes the sequence. The similar opening and closing names are two entries, not a duplicate item accidentally added to the listing.

The official red-vinyl, CD and cassette bundle divides the vinyl programme after “Your Lover”: six tracks on side A and five on side B. Those two sides reproduce the digital running order. The store describes signed artwork as part of the package; its track list does not advertise a bundle-only bonus song.

Formats and extra music are different purchases

Recent Paul McCartney expanded-edition coverage and the Pixies session-track release dealt with additional audio. Here, the published lists point to a choice of objects and playback formats around one core album.

La Roux follows 2020’s Supervision with this release. Readers returning to the earlier catalogue can browse the La Roux artist page. Today’s comparison concerns the editions and their documented contents; it is not a listening review of the new record.
