Mighty Sparrow Explorer Lyrics

Where did Explorer go?
Nobody know
Where did Explorer go?
Nobody know
Is it still in space?
They can't find a trace
Because when they let it go
They forgot to switch on the radio

Now the thinggit fell in the ocean
The thinggit fell in the sea
I don't care where it fall
As long as it don't fall on me
Explorer, Explorer
Somebody made a mistake at the control
And sent it out of this world

Flying through the stars
Very close to Mars
The Explorer went
Just the way it was sеnt
So they really thought
As usual they'll gеt a report
Now their fingers crossed
Nobody knows if it's safe or lost

Now the thing, it fell in the ocean
The thing, it fell in the sea
I think it's in Heaven
Waiting there for me
Explorer, Explorer
Somebody made a mistake at the control
And sent it out of this world

Do not be surprised If you see the skies
All up in a blaze
One of these good days
If the weather change
Don't think it strange
Neither don't take it too hard
If you get snow here in Trinidad

Now the thing, it fell in the ocean
The thing, it fell in the sea
Well, I don't care where it fall
As long as it don't fall on me
Explorer, Explorer
Somebody made a mistake at the control
And sent it out of this world

I was so confused
With the daily news
When I heard them say
This thing got away
People start to bawl
"Murder! Where the heck it fall?"
I say "Well, I dead!"
And they all see Sparrow holding he head

Now the thing, it fell in the ocean
The thing, it fell in the sea
Well, I don't care where it fall
As long as it don't fall on me
Explorer, Explorer
Somebody made a mistake at the control
And sent it out of this world
