Yeah, the afternoon they recorded it Amy had some tuna for lunch and they put the intro in and call it Tuna Afternoon because they didn't know what else to call it. But then they changed it.

Heard it a few times, but now I'm reading this, I fall apart in tears, fearing the hate, loving the emptiness. I just love this song, as well as pretty much all of Amy's songs. Wish I was like her.
