Valeria Castro (full name Valeria Castro Rodríguez), born 28 April 1999 in Los Llanos de Aridane, La Palma, Canary Islands, is a Spanish singer and songwriter. From a young age she developed a passion for music — by age four she was studying piano and singing at the local Insular School of Music of La Palma. She later studied biotechnology at the Polytechnic University of Madrid alongside growing her musical ambitions.
