Discovered by producer Felix Snow (who has worked with Kiiara, SZA, Icona Pop, and Terror Jr), singer TYSM makes stripped-down yet catchy electropop. Born Chelsea Davenport, TYSM grew up in Seguin, Texas, where she began singing in local musical theater productions. Her studies took her to San Antonio's North East School of the Arts, Boston's Emerson College, and Emerson's Los Angeles program. While working as a waitress, TYSM – which stands for "thank you so much," an expression of her gratitude for being able to create – met Snow at the Rose Bowl.
