Jennifer Saunders is a British comedienne - one half of the legendary partnership of French and Saunders (with Dawn French). A long stream of music parodies can be found throughout their long-running BBC series. The comedy stars - together with fellow comedienne Kathy Burke - had a 1989 UK hit with the Stock Aitken Waterman produced Comic Relief single 'Help!' - credited to Bananarama & Lananeeneenoonoo. Saunders further enhanced her iconic comedy status by writing and starring in Absolutely Fabulous (which originated as a sketch on French and Saunders).
