I really love this song. It gives historical events. With the lyrics "I will give you my red color", red is my favorite color. It begins with the spring of 1315, which next year it's going to be 700 years after that happened! But it really is about 1816 being a year without a summer and what happened to people and animals due to a freezing summer that year - just two years away from being two centuries ago. I love songs about historical events, too, because I love history.
