Tiffany Hulse, better known by her stage name, Tiffer "the Riffer" Folk is an 18 year old singer/songwriter with a burning passion for music. She was born in New Jersey, and still visits there every summer, but Cape Coral, Florida is the place that she calls home.Her music career began when she went to her first Jimmy Buffett concert. Even at the age of nine, the music and style captivated her, and she walked out of there wanting to learn how to play the guitar.
