There is more than one artist with this name:1.) Sturgeon was an Instrumental band out of Lake Orion, Michigan. Their first demo was released when they were all 16 (sans the Bassist at 15). Their sound is heavily Influenced by Don Caballero, Isis, Mogwai and Pelican. The group's last configuration was comprised of four members with the addition of Ryan Riggs; their 2nd guitarist. The group has released 2 demos and was in the process of creating a concept album. After the sudden departure of Anderson the band decided to call it quits and move on. 2.)
