Squint Lyrics

squint was born in the icy tundra of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula from the childhood friendship of guitarist Matt Fredrickson and vocalist Dane Adrian. In an effort to escape the isolation of the U.P. they relocated squint to Louisiana and then ultimately to Austin, TX.Squint’s first album, Beeker opened doors to touring regionally. They acquired a fair amount of recognition in the South, but their first break came when they landed a show opening for the Toadies in Louisiana. Soon after, they played their first arena show, opening for the Goo Goo Dolls at Louisiana Tech University.
