There are several artists called Romeo.1. Romeo is a stage name for South Korean entertainer Park Jung Min (박정민) from boyband SS501. Romeo is his Japanese stage name; his debut full Japanese album is called Midnight Theatre which debuted on December 19th 2012. Jung Min and Jeff Miyahara, a Japanese producer who has produced numerous artists in Japan, had planned the ROMEO concept since late 2011, which eventually debuted in 2012.
