pureNRG was a christian teen-trio formed in 2006 in Nashville, Tennessee, United States. The trio consisted of Caroline Grace Elizabeth Williams (born 3 January, 1995), Laura Carolyne Joyce Myers (born 21 July, 1995) and Jordan Ryan Yates (born 3 December, 1992). They were similar to Jump5 and other Radio Disney stars, but had a very obvious Christian message on their recordings, and in their live performances. Their road manager was Brandon Hargest, formerly of the teen pop group Jump5. pureNRG got to be the opening act on Jump5’s farewell tour, and was on the Winter Jam tour with MercyMe, BarlowGirl and Skillet.
