Leah Capelle is an award-winning Singer-Songwriter from Winnetka; a suburb of Chicago, IL. Leah began taking piano lessons at six, writing songs at the age of eight, and by ten took up professional voice lessons by instructor Janice Pantazelos, founder and head teacher of the Chicago Studio of Professional Singing. Soon after, while learning guitar, Leah began to perform live around the Chicagoland area at thirteen; which included frequent open mics at the late Hanson Brothers blues bar.
