Fat Larry's Band was an American R&B / Funk band from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA, who were most successful in the 1980s.Created by "Fat" Larry James (drummer / vocalist) in 1977; band members included Art Capehart, Doug Jones, Jimmy Lee, Ted Cohen, Darryl Grant, Larry La Bes, and Erskine Williams.
