Derek Parker is a fine, beautiful, breath taking, and talented young man. Some people know him for his choreography and dancing. He believes that some people are born to be stars and others are made into them and for him it’s both! He started off not knowing what dance was really about until he got in the 8th grade at city view middle school (Minneapolis MN) and his language arts teacher Angela Spearman thought it would be a good idea for him to join her dance team because of his popularity. She felt he would attract more students into coming into it, which he did.
