Best Kissers in the World are a Portland-based rock quartet featuring Gerald Collier (lead vocals, guitar), Mark Kent (lead guitar, vocals), Andy Nelsen (bass, vocals), and Kevin Byers (drums). The band re-formed in 2010 after a long hiatus with a combination of old and new members. Best Kissers in the World originally formed in Arizona and moved to Seattle where they released a self-titled EP through Sub Pop in 1991 before inking a deal with MCA. Two albums were then issued in 1993, Puddin' and the band's debut full-length, Been There. The latter record spawned the single "Miss Teen U.S.A.," which found success on college radio.
