This is a song sung by the Careers as they hunt the other Tributes. It begins with them forming an Alliance to kill off the younger, weaker tributes and move up to the strongest. In the end, only on can be victor, so the strongest of the last two Careers is singing this for the other. Trained from birth, the Careers see themselves as being appointed to usher the weak away from the spark of live to the dark of death. It is a song of intimidation and self righteousness from a Career POV.
