This song seems to be about Apocolypse, the biblical end of the world. He refers to an Army of Dead ("legion of dead"). There is actualy a reference to the Biblical book of Revelation ("your revelation is rising"). In the book of revelations it states that the Dead will walk again, and will inherit the earth after Apocolypse is complete. based on this evidence i come to the conclusion that this song is referring to that part of the book of Revelations, however in a less than christian fashion..
