Both songs are originally Busted's, but after they broke up, some member of the band changed the lyrics a bit and gave the Jonas Brothers permission to cover those songs.

@ I AM MAD: Not actually. Busted has this song on their debut album in 2003. The Jonas Brother's covered this (And What I go to School For) on THEIR debut in 2006. They rewrote it for the kiddies.
