What is the meaning behind Fiction lyrics?
When we search for the deeper meaning hidden within the lines, the track 'Fiction' from Avenged Sevenfold is a manifestation of the acceptance of death and the notion of bequeathing a portion of oneself to the people who are loved. It expresses a very strong message of getting really quiet with death and comforting others to take their own way even in case the singer is no longer around. Fiction lyrics are predominantly about love, pain, contemplation, expectation, and empowerment. On the other hand, the song highlights the concepts of sacrifice and love, seeking peace and freedom along with the guidance of hope. There are themes in the lyrics of sacrifice and emotional struggle, which might not be appropriate for younger audiences without parental guidance. There are no direct allusions to violence, sex, or drugs, but the emotional intensity and complexity of the themes could still be inappropriate for some children. ✔️
Which genre is Fiction?
Fiction falls under the genre Rock. ✔️
How long is the song Fiction?

Great song, though some of the lyrics are incorrect. Should say Left this life to set me free, instead of Let this life just set me free.

@Stoney, The Rev did contribute his vocals to the song and originally called it 'Death'. He finished recording his vocals and drums just three days before his death.

Yeah the rev does sing. It was a song meant for pinkly smooth, and they got it all off of a demo that the rev made of the track
