Pink Floyd - Another Brick In The Wall (Part I)

Another Brick In The Wall (Part I) Lyrics

Daddy's flown across the ocean
Leaving just a memory
A snap shot in the family album
Daddy what else did you leave for me?
Daddy what d'ya leave behind for me?
All in all it was just a brick in the wall
All in all it was all just bricks in the wall

These lyrics are not right. It's ---- all in all it's just another brick in the wall. (Hence the title, ANOTHER Brick in the Wall!

This song is based on a little boy's father dying. His father died, leaving just a memory. That is significant to Roger Waters because his father died when he was a young child as well.
