Former Pink Floyd frontman Roger Waters says he was misinterpreted after he said in a Huffington Post Live interview he was "reconsidering the publishing of a letter to my fellow musicians about a cultural boycott of Israel." Now he wishes to "clear the somewhat muddied waters."
