After 27 years of organizing the Chocolate Fiesta, members of the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Laramie know how to satisfy locals' sweet teeth: From chocolate alligators to cakes and cookies, confections of all sorts could be found in the St. Matthew's Cathedral undercroft Saturday.
