Queen Pen (born Lynise Walters in 1973 in Brooklyn, New York), is an American female rapper.Walters' music career started with help from Teddy Riley, music producer and member of the R&B group Blackstreet in the mid 1990s. She was a featured rapper, along with Dr. Dre, on Blackstreet's 1996 hit, "No Diggity". Her biggest hit as a lead rapper was "Party Ain’t A Party" (featuring Lost Boyz) from her debut album.
