New Jersey/New York toots rocker Joe D'Urso has announced that he will host the first-ever Rockland-Bergen Music Festival on the borders of Rockland and Bergen counties in Tappan, New York on June 29. The single-day festival will host 22 roots artists on two stages, including Willie Nile, Marshall Crenshaw and more.
