The Joshua Station project, a mixed-use development in the planning for several years, received a boost on Wednesday courtesy Brookshire Grocery Company's announcement to begin construction of a new 37,400 square foot Brookshire's Food & Pharmacy store at the site this summer. Weather conditions permitting, Brookshire's officials expect the store to open in spring 2013.
