Autopirate is an electronica band started by Chris Alden and Stu Bost in Brewer, Maine. Alden and Bost started Autopirate as a side project after the disbandment of Hat Trick Avenue, their high school punk band. Taking up influences such as the Postal Service and Playradioplay!, they introduced the Maine music scene to something new, Electronica-Pop. While senior's in high school, they recorded and released a 5 song self-titled ep on iTunes.
