Amasic is a rock band from Montreal, made up of four young, passionate musicians: Janick (Vocals, rhythm guitar), Jessy (Lead guitar), Matt (Bass, back vocals) and Mehdi (Drums).At first, Amasic was a ''one-man band’’. Janick would write and play all instruments by himself. He discovered at the age of twelve and then started uploading covers of his favorite songs without knowing that a few years later he would have more than 17 million views on the website. This attracted the attention of bands like Simple Plan (Amasic also co-wrote a song with Chuck Comeau & Pierre Bouvier), Boys Like Girls, Sum 41 and more.
