Above Symmetry is formed in 2011 in Skien, Norway. They were formerly known from 2005. to 2011. as Aspera, but changed name, threatened with legal action by another band called Aspera.Over one year ago, five young musicians from Skien, Norway, made a very impressive entrance into the Metal World with their debut album “Ripples”, released under the band name ‘Aspera’ by no one less than Progressive top label InsideOutMusic.
