Anyone ever think it could be both? Skillet did make the video with firefighters, soldiers, etc. but if you think about it, these people are fighting and dying for our freedom, just as Jesus did.

Skillet is a Christian rock band.yeah it is about Jesus and it shows how we need to be heroes like him.(Firefighters in the music video.for those of you who dont think its about jesus, you have issues

Im praying for all the ones who say this isnt about Jesus. He is the ultimate hero. It IS also about other heroes like firefighters, policemen, etc but it is also about Jesus. We owe our lives to HIM!

I don't get the fighting either. This is a great song but it seems the best songs are picked apart and are criticized so much it ruins the group or artist's reputation.

go watch the music video. it has images of firefighters and a bunch of other types of modern day heroes. its not about jesus at all. im a christian.. and i love this band, but watch the video.u will c
