I have heard this song so many times and at the moment it's expressing how I am feeling, I am sorry Dad for not saying that I love you and now that you're gone I regret it every minute.
A slight correction to the lyrics:
But I know if I could do it over

This makes more sense as he hasn't spoken those words out...

I keep listening to this song over & over , it reminds me of my friend or I can say my little brother who died through a car accident months ago , It brings back flashbacks of what he used to say and things we did together , knowing that these days would never come back again ,,

I lost the love of my life this year to a motorcyle accident. There is no question in my mind as to how much he loved me, but I wonder if he knew just how much I loved him. Never let the chance slip by to tell someone how you feel. You can't go back in the past and tomorrow is not guaranteed. Live in the moment!
