No there's nothing about Big Brother. If Sting said something like that he himself is wrong (or probaly missunderstood). But stalker or obsessed love maybe. And why that even should matter? How many songs there are people gets wrong? Million maybe. Still the biggest value is in what people think not know songs are about. Everything is not created for what its used to but it do fine for that.
