It can mean several things depending on your personality. I will post what it means to me, as a gamer.
"Welcome to your life, there's no turning back" means that once you've made a decision, you can never change it. No matter what you do, once it too late, if course.
"We will find you, acting on your best behavior." can mean that if you've made a decision, people will not like you for it, and will want to punish you, even if it's the best possible solution.
"It's my own design, it's my own remorse" means that you've created something, and use it at will, and only you can give others remorse.
"Help me to decide." is a call for assistance.
"Nothing ever lasts forever" means that you will run out eventually. Whether it be time, money, supplies, anything.
"There's a room where the light won't find you" can mean that when you're alone, no one can see you.
"Holding hands when the walls come falling down" can mean that you're basically broken. You've lost mentality, and other things.
"I can't stand this indecision, paired with a lack of vision" can mean several things. It can mean that people often make decisions without thinking through.
"One headline, why believe it" is a reference to how news today can be staged, incorrect, or biased.
"Everybody wants to rule the world." Can stand for wars, seeing as one country will attack another, attempting to take it as their own.

This is my interpretation of this song. This will change depending on the person you are.
