Perry Farrell, Jakob Dylan, Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers guitarist Mike Campbell, Regina Spektor and The Whigs frontman Parker Gispert all made surprise appearances at New York's Bowery Ballroom during last night's Stones Fest. Part of the Best Fest series, the all-star event benefited Sweet Relief and The Sweet Relief Musicians Fund.
