(2007-2009)The members of Knockout Theory, Brian Strelko (vocals/bass), Jeff Hersh (vocals, guitar), Derek Munro (lead guitar), Mike Carbone (drums), established themselves as serious musicians prior to their formation in June 2007 in Flemington, New Jersey. While playing in earlier bands for many years, they set the stage for a triumphant future, as they quickly familiarized themselves amongst the local NJ music scene. Although classified as "punk rock," traces of ska, hard rock, hardcore, pop punk and even metal can be heard throughout their nightly set list.
