Technical thrash/death metal act from Utrecht, the Netherlands, formed in 1986. They released two demo tapes in '90 and '91, titled "Testimony of Faith" and "Testimony on Stage". In '92, Decision D released their first full-length studio album, titled "Razon De La Muerte", on Crypta Records. A year later, "Moratoria" followed.
