Randy J. Visor, an Aurora man who killed four people, including three Waubonsie Valley High School students in a drunk driving crash in 1997, is in trouble again. Visor is wanted on a warrant for felony domestic violence charges from Aurora Police. Visor's case prompted strengthening of reckless homicide laws.

The Aurora Town Board is in the process of reviewing the town's Open Development Area (ODA) code. The main changes include how long each application will be studied by the Planning Board and Town Board. Upon submission, the Planning Board has 45 days to review and give its recommendation to the Town Board. The town then has 45 days after a public hearing to approve, modify or reject the plan.
