Ardevedra is Post-Hardcore rock from southeast Michigan. Founded in late 2009 by friends Jeff Wright (drums), Steve Pierce (vocals/guitar), and Corey Bryant (bass/vocals), Ardevedra completed its lineup in late 2010 when Gerald Trotman joined as lead guitarist, and they began doing shows in the Metro Detroit area. Ardevedra is a name the band created after considering many options. It roughly translates to "burn the past" in latin, although there is no direct translation.
