Another Day Late made its first baby-steps in Ithaca, NY in the year of our Lord 2005 AD when future-drummer Josh Hubberman was DJ-ing at future-guitarist Scott Kircher's fraternity. After a few purple-nurples and bro-moments on how much they loved that new Britney Spears song "Toxic", they realized that they were on the same page musically and that they must make music together.
