The band 4614 was formed in a South Phoenix Barrio in 99' with intentions to make waves in the music industry. The band is made up of Brian Hacker (ex-Dislocated Styles singer), J.R. Newlin (old drummer from Windigo), Chad Duncan on bass guitar, Kevin Dye (ex-frontman for Bldg5) on vocals and guitar.The band was obviously brought together by fate to make music.
