Never Say Goodbye Lyrics

Looking back at the past
Remembering times when we were young
Day dreaming through class
Trying to figure out what’s to become

Looking up at the sky
Wondering just how to get by
But don’t you worry
Just listen to me

Don’t never back down just take your time
Don’t lose your mind just enjoy the ride
And I know we’ll be just fine
Just catch your breath and don’t hold back
Don’t let your feet slip off the track
And I know it will be just fine

When you’re kicked to the dirt
Just stand up and hold your ground
And even though it might hurt
Don’t you cry or make a sound

Looking up at the sky
Wondering just how to get by
But don’t you worry
Just listen to me

Don’t never back down just take your time
Don’t lose your mind just enjoy the ride
And I know we’ll be just fine
Just catch your breath and don’t hold back
Don’t let your feet slip off the track
And I know it will be just fine

It’s your time
Your time to show the world the truth
To show a different side of you
Keep your head up high
Never say goodbye

Your time to show the world the truth
To show a different side of you
Keep your head up high
Never say goodbye

Since kittie and ben are technicaly right i want to say what it means to me. to me it is as if my friend spencer was talking to me. He died 2 weeks before this song came out and it's as if he were saying this to me

This song is about never giving up...especially if you listen to the emotions in Eddie's ( the lead singer) voice when he's singing. The musical tone is also a dead giveaway. The music is softer on the verses then gets louder on the chorus.

Yeah, that's right Morgii. I remember, in one of Sly's (the singer in this band) no no topics videos, he talked about suicide and depression, and he mentioned this song and said that it's about that.
