The way I understood the song was that it doesn't matter who you are, you can be poor or rich, young or old, if you dedicate yourself to your personal career goal, you can achieve it. Actually, it does not even have to be about your career goal, it can be about any goal that you want to fulfill. As long as you put in an effort and put your mind to it, you can do whatever you want to achieve in your life, but always keep in mind, you can't erase the actions you've done. You cannot take back certain things and you cannot turn around and just quit on your goal, you have no choice but to stay with it when you start it. There's no going back. Fulfilling a goal is suppose to be a commitment. What the song is also saying is that Stuck in Your Radio is grateful for all of their fans and that they are now on the rise to stardom because of their fans. If it wasn't for the fans, they would be nowhere, and they recognize this. They are basically thanking everyone for listening to their songs and posting their interpretations of their works on websites such as this.
