Spongebob Squarepants - Spongebob Squarepants Theme Song

SPONGEBOB SQUAREPANTS

Spongebob Squarepants Theme Song Lyrics

Are you ready kids?
Aye, aye, captain!
I can't hear you!
Aye, aye, captain!
Ooooooooooh

Who lives in a pineapple under the sea?
SpongeBob SquarePants!
Absorbent and yellow and porous is he!
SpongeBob SquarePants!
If nautical nonsense be something you wish!
SpongeBob SquarePants!
Then drop on the deck and flop like a fish!
SpongeBob SquarePants!
Ready?

SpongeBob SquarePants, SpongeBob SquarePants, SpongeBob SquarePants
SpongeBob SquarePants!

SpongeBob SquarePants!
Ha, ha, ha
Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha

This song has a dual meaning, the first is to prepare the listeners for a magical journey under the sea. The second, less obvious meaning, can be heard when one plays the track backwards. When this is done one can hear the true message, it is one giant marketing scheme from the Scottish government, encouraging listeners to visit their beautiful and historical country, and more specifically to try swimming in the Loch. It is this mention of the Loch which arises suspicion, and was most likely perpetrated by none other than the infamous Loch Ness monster itself, as the legend of its existence has discouraged people from swimming in the Loch over the years and the savage beast's blood lust has not been satisfied. So please people do not be fooled by this seemingly care free song.
